Emergency Loan Fund

Emergency Loan Fund

Loans of up to $50,000 per business with no interest and no payment for the first 6 months. All businesses in Andover, North Andover and Lawrence affected by the recent gas emergency qualify.

The expedited loan and approval process makes it possible to get loans processed in less than 2 days, with limited paperwork requirements.

Relief Funds

Businesses and individuals can receive charitable resources of $550 through Greater Lawrence Disaster Relief Fund at ECCF. Ways to apply:

  1. Online at www.GLDRF.org (fastest/easiest way)

  2. Over the phone by dialing 2-1-1

  3. In person for anyone in need of assistance at one of three drop-in application centers

SBA Disaster Loan Program

Low-interest Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL)s from the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) are available to Massachusetts small businesses, small agricultural cooperatives, small aquaculture businesses and private nonprofit organizations affected by the natural gas line explosion on Sept. 13, 2018. 

Although the office has closed, you can still apply for this funding online until July 23, 2019
