Voting has closed as of yesterday and now we are just waiting for the grand announcement! According to the Mass History Conference Postcard Competition website, the Lawrence History Center is in the lead!
The sepia postcard image reads "Empowering our communities through history" and is quite the adequate phrase for what LHC does in our historic, immigrant city of Lawrence, MA.
The photo used in the postcard is that of the women marchers of the Great Textile Strike of 1912, also known as the Bread & Roses Strike.
