The bus driver must be familiar with Greater Lawrence streets and will drive the school bus in accordance with all local and State regulations and requirements. The bus driver will make a priority to have a safe and educational ride.
Energy Conservation Specialist
The Energy Conservation Specialist is responsible for conducting energy audits for residential properties and develop specifications for the weatherization of each housing and assist homeowners and tenants with the weatherization process and the selection of contractors.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Controller will be responsible for oversight of all finance, accounting and reporting activities. The Controller will lead all day-to-day finance operations of a budget of $30 million and supervise a team of 6 staff members including functional responsibility over accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and grants administration.
Primarily responsible for the maintenance of all program accounting records according to funder compliance; monitoring of program budgets and report to the CFO on any variances; completion of all monthly funding source reporting requirements; assist Controller with timely monthly close of programs.
Assistant Director, Women, Infants & Children (WIC)
The WIC Assistant Director will manage the clerical functions of the Lawrence WIC program, including performing daily/weekly/monthly quality assurance; providing training and general supervision to front-office staff, including Program Assistants;
Community Health Worker
The responsibility of the MVLPP Community Health Worker are: Conducts home visits Completes client intakes and makes appropriate service referrals Collaborates with the MDPH Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program (CLPPP)
The Receptionist is responsible for answering the telephones, assisting clients walking into the office, with program information, informing clients of information required for appointments, reviewing information for appointments, photo copying, and keeping track of clients in emergency situations.
LIHEAP (Fuel Assistance) Intake/Certifier
The Intake/Certifier reviews clients' applications for accuracy and completeness. This position verifies that the client meet all program requirements and certifies the application for appropriate level of assistance.
Division Director of Energy Programs
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Division Director of Energy Programs is responsible for the supervision of the LIHEAP, WAP, HEARTWAP, AMP, and LIHWAP programs.
